Special Advent Activities

Come join us this Advent season as we celebrate the Songs of Christmas. We are going to sing beautiful traditional Christmas carols throughout Advent, which begins Sunday, December 1st  and continues through Christmas Day.  Every Sunday at 11 a.m. the sanctuary will fill with good news preached AND beautiful music from our choir, handbells, solo vocalists, and guest instrumentalists.

Special dates:

Saturday, December 7th at 11:30 a.m. – Jingles and Mingles. The Presbyterian Women are hosting a very fine Christmas luncheon that promises to be a lot of fun. This is not just for our church family.  Email the church if you’d love to attend.

Sunday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m. worship – Lessons and Carols, featuring Alex Turner, our director of music ministries, our Park Hill vocal and handbell choirs, Pastor Carol Clark AND special guests to add the beautiful music of violin, cello, oboe and horn.  

Sunday, December 22nd at 5 p.m. – Carols and Coca.  Join in for a little caroling around our neighborhood and back to the church for cocoa and cookies. You’ll find this a peaceful and relaxing way to step aside from the rugged Christmas pace.

Tuesday, December 24th at 5 p.m. – Christmas Eve Worship. All are welcome to join us as we share the Christmas story in a warm service which includes the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper and ends in candlelight. All are welcome.
