Our Staff
Carol was born in South Carolina and taught elementary school for 14 years before going to Seminary and becoming a pastor. She has been in ministry now for over 30 years, serving small, medium and large churches as pastor/head of staff. Her passion is creating beautiful worship and being with a community dedicated to sharing the good news of Jesus, caring for one another and reaching out to those in need. She is married to Mark Clark, a retired lawyer and PC(USA) pastor.
Kay was born and raised in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Through the years she has worked in various law offices. In 2015, she moved to Arkansas and began work as our office assistant in March 2016. If you drop by the office, you’ll see her sweet, constant companion service dog named Karma.
Alex Turner is our Director of Music Ministries and is a native of Wynne, Arkansas. Prior to coming here, Alex was most recently organist at Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church and has been Director of Music at several other churches. Alex also teaches piano and organ to a host of students. In his free time, Alex is an avid lover of State Parks, working jigsaw puzzles with friends, exploring new restaurants, and composing the occasional hymn.
